Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for project services and promotional placements.
Before work begins
A cancellation requested before work begins may be eligible for a refund, less disclosed non-recoverable processing costs.
After work begins
Completed work and work already performed are not refundable. Any mid-project refund is limited to the unperformed portion of the agreed scope.
